EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Construction Projects & Workplace Manager France to lead and coordinate major workplace developments across the Paris region from an owner-side perspective. Reporting to the Corporate Construction Director France, the role combines project delivery, workplace transformation, and operational integration across multiple sites and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, workplace, fit-out, or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of owner-side project management (maîtrise d'ouvrage).
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace evolution projects across corporate sites.
• Contribute to functional, high-quality workplace solutions aligned to business needs.
• Ensure alignment between technical performance, operational efficiency, user experience, and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project phases.
