EssilorLuxottica in Charenton-le-Pont, France, is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor – Operations to lead risk-based audits across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. You will work with plant leadership and cross-functional teams in a highly visible role with international exposure and ~20% travel.

The candidate will translate findings into practical controls and sustainable improvements. Requires a solid audit background, strong operational insight, and exceptional communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related.
• CIA/CPA/CA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, APICS/CSCP certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English mandatory; additional languages considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Risk Advisory, or related roles.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory or industrial operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end risk-based audits across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, inventory and production planning.
• Perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, control evaluations, site reviews, data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Assess governance and performance monitoring mechanisms, including KPI design and escalation.
• Evaluate operational controls over sourcing, planning, physical flows, asset protection, and execution reliability.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and communicate conclusions to management.
• Monitor remediation plans and ensure actions are implemented effectively and sustainably.
• Contribute to audit planning, special reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
