As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Construction Projects & Workplace Manager France to join our Construction team and contribute to the development, delivery, and long‑term evolution of our corporate environments across France, primarily within the Paris region.Reporting to the Corporate Construction Director France, the role combines construction project delivery, workplace transformation, and operational integration across multiple sites and initiatives.
While initially involved in major ongoing workplace developments — including strategic tenant works and high‑visibility corporate environments — the role goes far beyond a single project. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous evolution of workplaces, refurbishments, experiential spaces, and future development initiatives within a complex and international organization.Operating from an owner‑side perspective (“maîtrise d’ouvrage”), the role requires the ability to coordinate and challenge architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and technical partners to deliver coherent, functional, and future‑oriented solutions aligned with business realities and user needs.
