SharkNinja is seeking a Creator Commerce Specialist to lead social commerce in France across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja. You will turn creator influence into measurable sales, partnering with Commercial, Retail Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to drive growth.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and native French with solid English. You will manage Creator and Performance Programmes and optimise campaigns for revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Experience with creator platforms or performance-based marketing programmes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive Social Commerce Growth and align content with commercial goals.
• Identify creators with strong commerce potential and activate them as partners.
• Execute campaigns connecting social engagement with conversion and sales.
• Develop playbooks and best practices for scale across brands and markets.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and opportunities in social commerce.
• Collaborate with France-based Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams.
