SharkNinja is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist to own the development and execution of our social commerce strategy in France across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja. You will turn creator influence into measurable commercial results, working with the Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in social commerce or related digital marketing, strong analytics, and fluency in French with good English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce or related digital marketing roles.
• Experience with influencer/creator partnerships and affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and performance-based programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive Social Commerce Growth by turning creator influence into measurable sales.
• Identify creators with strong commerce potential and manage activation as affiliates/performance partners.
• Execute campaigns connecting social engagement with conversions and revenue.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with France teams to integrate social commerce into campaigns.
• Manage affiliate and social platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, Awin, Impact).
• Track performance metrics and build dashboards for stakeholders.
