SharkNinja is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist to own the development and execution of our social commerce strategy in France across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja. You will turn creator influence into measurable commercial results, working with the Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in social commerce or related digital marketing, strong analytics, and fluency in French with good English.

Social Commerce Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded social native who understands that the line between content and commerce is disappearing — and sees that as an opportunity. You will own the development and execution of SharkNinja’s social commerce strategy in France across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja, turning creator influence and social engagement into measurable commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Drive Social Commerce Growth – help turn creator influence into measurable commercial results by supporting and scaling SharkNinja's social commerce programmes.
  • Identify creators with strong commerce potential and support their activation as affiliate and performance partners.
  • Execute social commerce campaigns that connect social engagement with conversion and sales.
  • Help develop and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that can be scaled across brands and markets.
• Stay on top of social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams in France to bring social commerce into key business moments.
  • Support creator-led activations around product launches, promotions, retailer events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Translate creator insights and social trends into actionable recommendations for retail and commercial teams.
  • Help educate internal stakeholders on how social commerce and creator partnerships drive conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure social commerce activity aligns with business objectives.
• Manage Affiliate & Performance Programmes – support the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of affiliate and social commerce initiatives.
  • Manage affiliate and social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, Awin, Impact, and similar tools relevant to the French market.
  • Support creator onboarding, commission management, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Flag high‑performing creator content for amplification through paid media and retail channels.
• Measure and Optimise Performance – ensure social commerce activity is tracked, analysed, and continuously improved.
  • Track key performance metrics including clicks, conversions, sales, and revenue influence.
  • Build regular reporting dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Work with Analytics and Finance teams to validate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to recommend optimisations and future investment areas.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with affiliate platforms, creator commerce tools, or performance-based marketing programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding what drives engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Confidence working cross‑functionally with Social, Ecommerce, Commercial, Media, and Brand teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for social media, creators, consumer trends, and the evolving commerce landscape.
• Native French speaker with strong English — confident communicating with both local and international stakeholders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn, test, and grow.
