SharkNinja is seeking a Creator Commerce Specialist in France to own social commerce across Shark Home, Shark Beauty and Ninja. You will turn creator influence into measurable commercial results, working with cross-functional teams and managing affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.

Responsabilités

• Drive social commerce growth by converting engagement into sales.
• Identify creators with strong commerce potential and activate them as partners.
• Execute social commerce campaigns aligning content with conversions.
• Develop scalable playbooks and processes across brands/markets.
• Collaborate with France-based Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce and Social teams.
• Support creator onboarding, commission management, tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor performance and report dashboards to stakeholders.
• Educate teams on social commerce impact and opportunities.
