France Sales Manager – Luxury Architecture & Design

Job summary

prado is seeking a sales manager to expand our presence in France. You will be the key link between prado and high-profile clientele, including architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury brands.

Based in PACA or nearby, you will develop strategic plans, build relationships, manage the full sales cycle, advise on products and pricing, and collaborate with project management and logistics to deliver exceptional experiences from first contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales or client acquisition in interior design, architecture, lighting or related building materials.
• Strong existing network with interior designers, architects or design specifiers in the PACA region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience presenting to architects, designers and developers.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Residence in Nice, Cannes, Monaco or Saint-Tropez area or close commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to strengthen prado’s presence in the French market, with focus on the PACA region.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers to expand our client network.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project completion.
• Provide expert guidance on products, pricing, and project requirements.
• Work closely with project management, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent prado at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market visibility.
