Waterworks Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand our presence in France from the Paris showroom.

You will cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals, delivering tailored product recommendations and design solutions that reflect the Waterworks luxury standard. This role requires fluent French and English, at least five years in premium-brand environments, and travel up to 60% across France.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationships in premium brands.
Experience with architects, interior designers, or design/construction; knowledge of bathroom or interior products is a plus.
Proven ability to develop business, manage client relationships, and hit commercial targets.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
Willingness to travel up to 60% across France.
Fluent French; professional English preferred.

Responsabilités

Develop and grow business across France by building relationships with architects, interior designers, and professionals.
Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Represent the brand in client meetings, presentations, events, and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate showroom visits, quotes, orders, and delivery follow-ups.
Provide design recommendations and full product portfolio solutions.
Travel within France and support Paris showroom operations.
