Job summary

CarOnSale, the AI-powered platform for B2B used car trading in Europe, seeks a field-oriented sales leader to own the France sales targets from the Paris to Strasbourg region and scale nationwide. You will personally sell in the field at first, meeting dealers and guiding their first sales on the platform.

As you hire and lead a team of up to six sales reps, you will align with our French partner teams to onboard dealers, and coordinate with Berlin-based Product, Operations and Marketing to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of disciplinary leadership of a sales team.
• Background in French automotive retail, ideally as a site manager, dealership director, or sales director in a dealer group.
• Strong network among French dealers and used-car professionals.
• Working knowledge of the French used-car market: registration, taxation, and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales targets for France, starting in the Paris to Strasbourg region and expanding nationwide.
• In the initial months, sell in the field: meet dealers, sign the first customers, and guide them through their first sales on the platform.
• Hire and lead a team of up to six sales reps (field and inside sales) and drive them with clear KPIs.
• Collaborate with our French partner teams to onboard dealers in their network onto CarOnSale.
• Coordinate with Berlin teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to relay French dealer needs and explain processes.
• Set up clean onboarding processes: customer onboarding, KYC, and opportunity management in Salesforce.
• Represent CarOnSale at trade fairs, in trade media, and at industry events.
