Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a real estate private equity professional in Paris to join the Real Estate Private Equity team. You will work on investment underwriting, due diligence and transaction execution focusing on France and Belgium exposure, reporting to the Head of France.

Your role includes financial modeling, supporting sourcing and fundraising, and in-depth analysis of opportunities across real estate assets and portfolios in Europe. Strong English and French language skills required.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience with investment underwriting and deal execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling of business plans, cash flows, debt structures and investment returns.
• Support sourcing and fundraising and participate in European deal teams.
• Analyze opportunities across real estate assets, portfolios and companies across geographies.
• Lead and support due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, tax, technical).
• Draft investment recommendation documents and client materials.
• Contribute to reporting, market research and investor communications.
