Job summary

Criteo, a global Commerce Intelligence Platform, seeks an experienced payroll administrator to join our Europe People team in Paris. You will manage semi-monthly and monthly payroll for France, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.

You will collaborate with our global payroll supplier and with People Operations in Barcelona to align Workday data with payroll systems. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, fluency in French and English, and the ability to work across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong ethical standards with confidential information.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Excellent analytical and data-management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly, monthly, and ad-hoc payroll for France.
• Maintain accuracy with internal controls and approvals.
• Support payroll-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with People Operations in Barcelona to sync Workday and payroll supplier.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Handle payroll/tax notices.
• Collaborate with US teams on monthly GL reconciliation.
• Perform data cleansing for quality and integrity.
• Cross-train teammates and participate in People projects.
• Other related duties as assigned.
