You will partner with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams to close strategic deals and forecast accurately. This role offers remote work from France with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of sales management in B2B SaaS/Tech.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Mid-market focus with 30–90 day sales cycles.
• Knowledge of the French IT, Cloud and Cybersecurity landscape.

Responsabilités

• Team building, hiring, and coaching the France Mid-Market Sales Team.
• Direct leadership of Mid-Market Account Executives with cross-functional support.
• Drive revenue growth through operational rigor, pipeline generation, forecasting.
• Use MEDDPICC for pipeline management, forecasting, and account expansion.
• Execute regional go-to-market strategies for fast sales cycles and quick value.
• Support deals actively as a player-coach and remove blockers.
• Maintain governance and sales standards across the team.
