Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, technology advisory, or technology-led business transformation.
• Demonstrated experience driving growth in a consulting environment with clear personal impact.
• Experience working with C-suite executives and managing partner-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Gartner Consulting in France and contribute to go-to-market strategy and three-year growth plan.
• Origin, shape, and close strategic consulting opportunities; coach Partners to build pipeline and improve conversion.
• Convert executive relationships into high-value engagements and build a strong enterprise client pipeline.
• Drive bookings and revenue through personal business development and cross-team collaboration.
• Lead executive-level conversations that create demand before formal buying processes begin.
