Job summary

Arrow ECS France is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the country marketing plan and drive awareness, partner engagement, and revenue growth across IT distribution channels. You will shape annual vendor programs, manage budgets, and oversee a marketing team while coordinating with sales and global teams.

You will implement online and offline campaigns, plan events, and analyze ROI to optimize outcomes, reporting to France leadership. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of marketing experience in IT distribution or channel environment; 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of channel ecosystems, vendor programs, and MDF management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the country marketing plan aligned with EMEA and global guidelines.
• Drive annual vendor marketing plans with budget and KPIs; coordinate with vendors and teams.
• Manage marketing programs, online and offline, targeting channel partners and end customers.
• Design and organize Arrow events; ensure presence at trade shows and third-party exhibitions.
• Budget management: reconcile vendor marketing budgets and ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Lead and manage a marketing team; collaborate with sales, vendor management, and global teams.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and market trends; prepare reports for France leadership.
