Indeed is seeking a Head of Sales & Managing Director, France, to lead a high-impact, multi-channel sales organization with end-to-end responsibility for performance and strategy. You will shape France’s market priorities, align with global teams, and drive revenue growth toward a near $200M annual target while guiding organizational development and executive-level partnerships.

You will partner across Product, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to deliver customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years related experience; or 15+ years with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years with a Master's; or PhD with 8+ years.
• Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed sales organizations.
• Experience translating market insights into go-to-market strategies.
• Experience translating AI-enabled capabilities into customer value.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial performance, long-term growth strategy for France and lead the France market.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth approaching $200M in annual revenue.
• Define and execute France go-to-market strategies with regional/global teams.
• Mentor Senior Sales Directors and develop leadership pipelines across France & Ireland.
• Drive data-informed decisions, forecasting, and resource allocation for scalable growth.
