LSA Commerce & Consommation in Paris is seeking a Commercial Director to define and execute the commercial strategy for France, leading a multi-channel sales organisation across direct sales, key accounts, distributors and tenders.

You will drive recurring revenue growth, margin improvement and cross-selling, harmonise sales teams and processes across entities, and partner with senior stakeholders on transformation, including CRM adoption and acquisitions.

• Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive profitable growth across France.
• Lead a multi-channel sales organisation across direct sales, key accounts, distributors and tenders.
• Drive commercial excellence through clear performance metrics, governance and reporting standards.
• Accelerate recurring revenue growth, margin improvement and cross-selling initiatives.
• Harmonise sales teams, processes and tools across multiple business entities.
• Design and implement a scalable commercial operating model to support business growth and future acquisitions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including sales methodologies, CRM adoption and organisational alignment.
• Develop and inspire high-performing commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive integration, change management and strategic projects.
