Job summary

Affinity Petcare in France seeks a senior commercial leader to own the country’s communication engine—from budget and strategy to partnerships and outcomes. You will drive paid, owned and earned media across brand and performance channels, uniting grocery and specialized segments with a data-informed approach.

You will lead the France market with real ownership, influence, and accountability, reporting into global brand teams while delivering localized growth and profit impact.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years or more in media, communication and content with senior client-side responsibility.
• Experience leading brand growth in a fast-moving consumer market, ideally food/petcare.
• Fluent French and professional English; comfortable in an international matrix.

Responsibilities

• Own the French media investment end to end, including budget, allocation and sufficiency case.
• Design the integrated paid architecture across brands and channels for France.
• Lead organic, social & community growth and influencer ecosystem.
• Direct content excellence, creative supply chain, and collaboration with partners.
• Lead the full agency ecosystem in France and manage partner relationships.
