Affinity Petcare in France seeks a senior marketing leader to own the country’s growth engine. You will shape media investment, full funnel strategy, organic & community, content excellence, and partner leadership to build a lasting bond between French households and our brands.

You will design the budget, set strategy, direct partners, and own the result with real ownership and accountability in a hybrid working model across Europe.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years or more in media, with senior client-side responsibility.
• Experience leading brand growth in a competitive, fast-moving consumer market.

Responsabilités

• Own the French media investment end to end and defend the sufficiency case with evidence.
• Design the integrated paid architecture across brands & channels for France.
• Lead the creator and influencer ecosystem and social governance.
• Bridge brand communication and media to ensure ideas and distribution are designed together.
