Cafeyn is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our growth in the French market. You will own the FR marketing strategy, build integrated campaigns, and manage budgets to maximize subscriber growth and long‑term value.

You’ll work closely with Product, CRM, Brand and Analytics to optimize the customer journey, with a fast‑moving environment that rewards creativity and data‑driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Campaign Management or Consumer Marketing.
• Strong operational project management with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Good understanding of B2C marketing, CRM, social media and campaign execution.
• Experience planning and executing events and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Own the FR marketing strategy and execution aligned with Readly's objectives.
• Develop full‑funnel plans to drive awareness, trial and subscriber growth.
• Lead campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Brand and Analytics to optimize the customer journey.
