cfab is seeking a Country Manager France to own development and growth in the French market. You will identify growth opportunities, translate global strategy into local initiatives, and build a high-performing team while collaborating with headquarters in Düsseldorf and the international teams.

You will drive revenue, market expansion, and local partnerships, reporting regularly on performance and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail or a comparable consumer business.
• Proven experience building or scaling a market, business unit or comparable organization.
• Strong commercial understanding with a focus on revenue and growth.

• Own the development and growth of cfab in France.
• Develop and execute the local market strategy aligned with international growth objectives.
• Identify market potential, consumer trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Translate global cfab strategy into local go-to-market initiatives.
