Mammut is seeking a Technical Representative France 100% (fixed term) to support our Sales team across Wholesale and Corporate accounts. The role focuses on training, in-store activations and direct consumer contact, with emphasis on avalanche safety and technical product knowledge.

Based in the Annecy area, you will train retail teams, plan field visits, and coordinate with internal teams to drive sell-out and gather market feedback.

Competenze

• Commercial mindset with previous B2C or retail sales experience, ideally within outdoor or sporting goods.
• Strong outdoor and mountain experience, with understanding of mountain environments and risks.
• Excellent communication and training skills to explain technical products clearly.
• Confident and engaging in front of groups, from staff to consumers.
• Strong organizational skills to independently plan visits, training, and activations.

Mansioni

• Represent Mammut in the field, in stores and at events, conveying the brand values and product knowledge.
• Train retail teams with product and sales training to boost technical knowledge.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer approach by identifying product experts in retail partners.
• Drive sell-out through in-store activations, demonstrations, and consumer events.
• Collect market feedback from retailers and consumers and share insights with Sales teams.
• Plan field visits based on priorities, launches, and training needs.
• Track field activities and report on visits, training and feedback to measure impact.
• Support reorders and assist Wholesale and Corporate activities, including showroom prep and events.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve field issues smoothly.
