Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking a Technical Representative France to support the French Sales team through field activities with Wholesale and Corporate accounts. This fixed-term replacement role requires residence in the Annecy area and reports to the Country Sales Manager.

You will strengthen product knowledge in our retail network and support sell-out through training, in-store activations and direct contact with consumers, with a focus on avalanche safety.

Competenze

• Proven B2C or retail sales experience in outdoor or sporting goods.
• Strong knowledge of mountain environments and risks.
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
• Comfortable presenting to groups of staff and customers.
• Excellent planning and organization to schedule store visits and activations.
• Native French and good English.
• Driver's license (Category B).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across France.

Mansioni

• Represent Mammut in stores and at events.
• Train retail teams on product knowledge.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer approach.
• Drive sell-out with in-store activations.
• Collect market feedback from retailers and consumers.
• Plan field visits based on priorities.
