Job summary

Planon is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to shape growth in France, turning strategy into high-impact campaigns within a matrixed global marketing organization. This strategic, hands-on role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Global Marketing.

You will lead the France marketing plan, demand-generation campaigns across ABM, digital channels, webinars, and events, localize content for the French market, and manage the local budget while partnering with Sales.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience with digital demand-generation.
• Hands-on experience organizing professional events such as trade shows, webinars, roundtables, or customer events.
• Strong analytical skills with a performance- and data-oriented approach.
• Creative thinking, critical analysis and problem-solving skills in Marketing.
• Experience in a decentralized or matrixed marketing organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Native French and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken; excellent French writing.
• Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation and Salesforce.
• Master's degree in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, measure, and optimize the France marketing plan in line with Europe West and global strategies.
• Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns across ABM, digital channels, webinars, and events.
• Plan and coordinate professional events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer initiatives with Sales.
• Localize global content for the French market and maintain a consistent brand across channels.
• Support customer growth with campaigns, events, and webinars.
• Leverage partners and influencers with joint activities.
• Track campaign performance and maintain data quality in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and budget with prioritization.
