Firstunion seeks an on-site sales support specialist to operate in the Paris area. You will provide daily support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring proper merchandising and promotional execution.

You will visit customers to understand needs, sustain long-term partnerships, and improve satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues. The role also involves training wholesalers on products and sales techniques to boost frontline performance.

Qualifications

• Valid French driving licence (required for territory travel and warehouse visits).
• Valid visa to work in France.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring product merchandising and promotional execution.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, maintain long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
• Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.
• Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and full SKU coverage.
• Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance frontline sales capability.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase market share and sales performance.
