Excelya is seeking a Facilities, Property & Workplace Manager for France to lead safe, efficient and welcoming offices across French sites. You will oversee facilities operations, property coordination, supplier relationships and budget governance, ensuring a consistent employee and visitor experience.

The role requires experience in facilities or property management, strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance and Operations, and fluency in French with working English.

Formación

• Experience in facilities, workplace or property management.
• Experience managing suppliers, operating budgets and workplace projects.
• Strong contract-performance, project-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the effective day-to-day operation, cleanliness, maintenance and readiness of offices.
• Define and implement workplace service standards, including flex-office arrangements.
• Manage facilities incidents, operational risks and service continuity.
• Maintain visibility of French sites, property commitments, key dates, occupancy, manage operational relationships with landlords and building management - Supplier and contract performance.
• Budget, governance and reporting.
• Workplace experience and onboarding.
• Team management.
