Job summary

Excelya Group is seeking a Facilities/Property & Workplace Manager for France to lead offices and workplace operations across Excelya’s sites. You will drive service standards, manage suppliers and budgets, and coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure a safe, welcoming and productive environment.

You will oversee workplace projects, billing, governance and reporting while supporting onboarding and team growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facilities, workplace or property management.
• Experience managing suppliers, operating budgets and workplace projects.
• Languages: professional fluency in French and working proficiency in English.

The Facilities, Property & Workplace Manager France is accountable for providing safe, functional, cost-effective and welcoming workplaces across Excelya’s French locations.

The role manages facilities operations, workplace services, property coordination and management where necessary, suppliers, budgets and workplace improvement projects. It defines sustainable workplace standards and coordinates internal stakeholders to deliver consistent employee and visitor experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilities and workplace operations:
• Ensure the effective day-to-day operation, cleanliness, maintenance and readiness of offices,
• Define and implement workplace service standards, including flex-office arrangements.
• Manage facilities incidents, operational risks and service continuity.
• Property, rental management and workplace projects:
• Maintain visibility of French sites, property commitments, key dates, occupancy, manage operational relationships with landlords and building management
• Supplier and contract performance.
• Budget, governance and reporting.
• Workplace experience and onboarding.
• Team management.
