Job summary

Excelya is seeking a Facilities, Property & Workplace Manager for France to lead safe, efficient and welcoming offices across French sites. You will oversee facilities operations, property coordination, supplier relationships and budget governance, ensuring a consistent employee and visitor experience.

The role requires experience in facilities or property management, strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance and Operations, and fluency in French with working English.

The Facilities, Property & Workplace Manager France is accountable for providing safe, functional, cost-effective and welcoming workplaces across Excelya's French locations. The role manages facilities operations, workplace services, property coordination and management where necessary, suppliers, budgets and workplace improvement projects. It defines sustainable workplace standards and coordinates internal stakeholders to deliver consistent employee and visitor experience.

Main Responsibilities

Facilities and workplace operations:

• Ensure the effective day-to-day operation, cleanliness, maintenance and readiness of offices,

Property, rental management and workplace projects:

About You

• Experience: Relevant experience in facilities, workplace or property management. Experience managing suppliers, operating budgets and workplace projects.
• Skills: Strong contract-performance, project-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across HR, IT, Finance, Legal and Operations. Service-oriented, structured, pragmatic and comfortable operating autonomously.
• Languages: Professional fluency in French and working proficiency in English.
