Limagrain is seeking a Customer Service Manager for France & EU to lead a team of 8 permanents and 2 fixed-term staff in La Ménitré.

You will oversee end-to-end order processing for France and distributors in the EU, ensuring timely deliveries and handling customer inquiries, complaints, and invoicing. You will participate in strategic steering and cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, finance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business or related field.
• At least 5 years in customer service or international trade.
• Experience in agri-food, agricultural, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
