Job summary

Aikido is seeking an Account Executive to drive enterprise new business in France, engaging engineering, DevOps, and security teams. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close and expand relationships with strategic accounts to ensure Aikido becomes the default security platform.

You will build tailored product demonstrations, map technical depth to business outcomes, and collaborate closely with marketing, alliances, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.
• Proven track record closing complex 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Experience owning multiple strategic accounts with a long-term, relationship-driven approach.
• Comfortable leading technical product conversations and mapping depth to business outcomes.
• Effective in both direct enterprise sales and partner-assisted deals.
• Strong communicator, detail oriented, commercially sharp, and able to operate cross-functionally.
• Located in France

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle for a defined list of enterprise targets from first touch to close.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior engineering, platform, and security leaders.
• Drive expansion within existing accounts in tight partnership with Customer Success and Product.
• Build tailored presentations and demos that show clear technical and business value.
• Align with marketing and alliances on account-based programs and partner-led motions.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
• Represent Aikido in the field at industry and partner events.
