Job summary

Winparts is expanding in France and seeking a French Ecommerce Manager based at the Alliance Automotive Group France HQ in Paris. You will drive growth by coordinating e-commerce, commercial performance, supply chain, pricing and technology, linking France with the Netherlands teams.

You'll own projects, optimize customer experience, and ensure delivery reliability while collaborating with multiple functions across borders.

Qualifications

Solid experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably in an international or fast-growing environment.
Strong commercial understanding of online sales, conversion, customer experience and performance optimization.
Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, Excel and BI tools.
Understanding of pricing, assortment, product availability and supply chain.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
A proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
Experience in category management, purchasing or supply chain is a plus, but e-commerce experience and commercial drive are key.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for Winparts within Alliance Automotive Group France.
Understand the local market, identify opportunities and align people to deliver results.
Work with teams across France and the Netherlands, including purchasing and supply chain.
Collaborate with digital marketing, IT, data and finance.
Build a strong, competitive and successful e-commerce operation in France.
Drive e-commerce growth and improve revenue, margins and conversion.
Improve the online customer experience with UX and IT teams.
Connect teams and move projects forward by aligning priorities.
Optimize assortment and pricing to meet local needs.
Improve product availability and delivery performance with supply chain.
Lead local projects and improvements from planning to execution.
Use data to monitor KPI performance and inform decisions.
Represent Winparts in France and build strong relationships with Alliance Automotive Group France.
