XPENG is seeking a Digital & Paid Media Specialist for its France marketing team. The role focuses on website updates, GA4 analytics, and supporting paid media campaigns in close collaboration with our agency, Dentsu.

A strong knack for data and agility in a startup setting will help drive our digital presence. We value experience with CMS, strong SEO fundamentals, and the ability to build automated dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in digital marketing, web management or paid media.
• Proficient with GA4 and CMS systems.
• Solid understanding of paid media levers and SEO basics.
• Able to create and manage performance dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with media agencies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Digital & Web Operations: manage XPENG France website updates and banners.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: monitor GA4 data and conversions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: build dashboards with the agency.
• SEO Management: implement content optimization and metadata updates.
• Campaign Support: setup and launch paid campaigns with Dentsu.
• Agency Coordination: ensure tag management and tracking accuracy.
• Paid Content Follow-Up: track paid brand content initiatives.
• Operational & Budget Admin: PO creation and invoice reconciliation.
