XPENG in France is seeking a creative Content & Social Media Specialist to lead local French content production and social media operations, reporting to the Deputy Senior Digital & Social Media Manager. You will oversee video shoots, manage agency deliverables, and monitor e-reputation and online forums.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a creative or brand marketing role, strong video production and project management skills, fluent French and English, and a startup‑style, agile mindset

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years minimum of experience as a Project Manager or Content Lead in a creative/social agency or brand marketing team.
• Strong background in video production and creative project management—from briefing and shoot management to final delivery.
• Solid understanding of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e-reputation monitoring tools.
• Automotive and/or tech enthusiasm is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Local Video & Film Production: Drive local creation of French video assets and localized brand content for XPENG vehicles.
• Production Management: Lead briefs, shoot execution, external production crews, and post-production workflows.
• Creative Direction: Propose fresh, engaging formats for the French market while maintaining XPENG’s premium AI/tech brand identity.
• DAM management: Manage the local assets platform.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage content calendars, local asset delivery, and community guidelines with the social agency.
• Social Trends & Formats: Track trends, formats, and platform features to keep XPENG ahead.
• E-Reputation & Listening: Review sentiment reports and monitor external communities.
• CRM & User Engagement: EDM campaigns, dormant user reactivation, APP community, launch communication.
• Budget Administration: PO creation, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation.
