Vinted is seeking a dedicated Leader to own all first and last mile activities for France. You will manage delivery operations, drive cost efficiency, and lead a team of delivery managers and coordinators to meet ambitious growth plans for VintedGo.

Your role focuses on improving service levels, negotiating smarter with suppliers, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation businesses.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical literacy.
• Knowledge of French transportation networks and DSPs.

Responsabilités

• Reduce FM / LM cost per parcel while balancing speed and quality.
• Drive DSP performance through the delivery team and data-driven action planning.
• Visit an appropriate number of points weekly to ensure balanced coverage and avoid unnecessary dwell time.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with stakeholders for transport priorities.
• Motivate and support the delivery team to meet departmental objectives and improve business outcomes.
