Vinted Group in France is seeking a single-threaded owner for all first and last mile activities to drive quality and cost improvements. You will lead a team of delivery managers and coordinators to ensure DSPs meet service obligations and position the operation for ambitious growth.

With deep logistics and transportation expertise, you will own the budget, negotiate savings, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across functions to deliver faster, cheaper, and better customer experiences for VintedGo

Qualifications

• Logistics and transportation expertise.
• Strong commercial acumen for P&L ownership.
• Experienced problem solver within logistics and transportation businesses.
• Deep knowledge of the subtleties and nuances in French transportation networks.
• Expertise in French transport regulations.
• Extensive experience working with French DSP’s providing last mile services.
• Highly numerate with strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Own all first and last mile activities for France and drive cost and quality improvements.
• Lead a team of delivery managers and coordinators to meet service obligations.
• Manage budgets and negotiate savings while balancing speed and impact on delivery times.
• Improve customer experience by ensuring parcels pass through each funnel stage without delay.
• Drive DSP performance through data analysis and action planning.
• Ensure weekly points visits are optimized and coverage is balanced to prevent dwelling.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to prioritise transportation topics and support the wider business.
• Motivate and empower the delivery team to achieve departmental objectives.
