Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in ML engineering, applied AI research, or a closely related field.
• Deep understanding of ML theory and RL foundations.
• Deep learning for language processing and generation.
• Experience training large-scale models across multiple compute nodes.
• Strong software engineering with Python.
• Hands-on experience with JAX.
• Ability to design, execute, and analyze ML experiments with statistical rigor.
• Proficiency in documenting technical findings and contributing to publications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct applied machine learning research across reinforcement learning, agentic systems, reasoning models, and model distillation.
• Design and execute experiments for training large language models using diverse interaction traces.
• Explore guided generation and search within model trajectory spaces.
• Investigate data collection at web scale and integration into workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy research into practical AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in AI research initiatives.
