Job summary

Quickparts is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth in France. You will develop and nurture client portfolios, manage key accounts, and execute the European commercial strategy to meet annual sales objectives.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, needs analyses, tailored technical offers, and close collaboration with Project Managers to secure firm orders. Travel across France and regular international exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B Sales of product/service development in molding/ plastic/ prototype industry.
• Strong technical understanding of plastics processing, injection molding, and/or prototyping.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing client accounts by building relationships through field prospecting.
• Advise clients with needs analyses and tailored technical offers, validate requests, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Identify and develop new client accounts via proactive prospecting and market insights; support trade shows and marketing actions in France.
