Hoffmann Additive Manufacturing AG in France is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive the sale of industrial 3D printing solutions across France and French-speaking Switzerland. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new applications, and guide customers from initial inquiry to contract closure, collaborating with our engineering team.

The role requires native French and fluent English, with German as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience with a proven track record.
• Solid understanding of additive manufacturing technologies and applications.
• Ability to identify customer needs and advise on suitable solutions.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across France, Switzerland and Europe.
• Native-level French and fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of industrial 3D printing solutions across France and FR-speaking Switzerland.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial decision-makers.
• Identify new applications and support customers in implementing AM solutions.
• Manage inquiries and projects from initial request to contract closure.
• Provide consultative sales support with engineering team to advise on processes, materials and optimized solutions.
• Develop new business and expand Hoffmann Additive Manufacturing AG’s presence in France and French-speaking Switzerland.
• Contribute to the digitalization of quotation and ordering platform.
• Represent the company at customer visits, negotiations, fairs and industry events.
