Sogefi is seeking an FP&A Manager for its Air & Cooling BU, based in Orbey, France. Reporting to the CFO Air & Cooling, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across international operations, partnering with teams to drive strategic financial decisions.

The role combines FP&A, business partnering and finance transformation in a broad, high-visibility environment within an industrial setting.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Significant FP&A, controlling or financial analysis experience in an industrial environment.
• Exposure to complex, international and multi-site organizations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling skills.
• Solid knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow drivers.
• Experience partnering with operational and commercial teams as a finance business partner.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/BI tools; SAP is advantageous.
• Improvement-oriented mindset with interest in process/tools development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BU budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Coordinate and consolidate financial information across entities/geographies.
• Deliver management reporting, KPIs, variance analyses for decision-making.
• Analyze drivers across revenue, profitability, costs, working capital, capex, cash flow.
• Lead performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and harmonize FP&A methodologies and indicators.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to drive decisions.
• Support decision-making with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with commercial/program teams on financial assessments.
