FORVIA in France seeks a Squeeze / Business Controller to analyze sales and purchasing, ensure reliable reporting, and consolidate data at the division level. You will lead budgeting, month-end closings, rolling forecasts and the strategic plan, coordinating with regional controllers to maintain consistency.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance and at least five years of experience, with strong communication skills and a global, business‑minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a Finance focus or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience.
• Strong curiosity for new knowledge.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that sales & purchasing variances are consistent with FORVIA policies and regularly updated in the systems.
• Ensure reliability of sales & purchasing reporting.
• Manage data consolidation at division level and coordinate with Squeeze controllers from all regions.
• Identify and analyse variances between budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
• Implement action plans and track them to close variances.
• Track raw material impacts and pass-through to customers.
• Partner with CBU leaders on price‑economical evolution.
• Analyse price inconsistencies and reduce risk of overdue accounts.
• Maintain profitability dashboard by customer & programme.
• Support and ensure compliance with ICB process.
• Support regional Squeeze Controller on other projects and activities as assigned.
