Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in financial closings, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Strong FP&A capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with CAPEX and OPEX planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent French and English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for France, partnering with the General Manager and leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the French entities; focus on CAPEX/OPEX.
• Lead CAPEX planning and governance, including business case development and post-investment reviews.
• Drive OPEX discipline with cost-center planning and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, closing activities, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany reporting and external audits; liaise with banks and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and group standards; manage credit and working capital.
