Job summary

Sogefi, a leading global automotive supplier, seeks an FP&A Manager for its Air & Cooling unit based in Orbey, France. Reporting to the CFO Air & Cooling, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management across multi‑country operations.

The role blends FP&A, business partnering and finance transformation in an international setting, delivering high‑quality reporting and insights to drive profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Significant FP&A, controlling or financial analysis experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with multi-site or international organisations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools; SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the Business Unit.
• Coordinate financial reporting across entities and geographies.
• Deliver management reporting, KPIs and variance analysis.
• Drive financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams as finance business partner.
• Develop FP&A methodologies and reporting standards.
