Swan is Europe’s embedded banking specialist, enabling software companies to embed banking features like accounts, cards, and payments within their own products. We are hiring for End-to-End Recruitment Management to own the full lifecycle for Operations roles with a FinTech focus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in high-volume recruitment (e.g., 30 people in 6 months).
• Familiar with FinTech regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance).
• Established network in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles.
• Experience recruiting for FinTech scale-ups or challenger banks is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Support, Fincrime).
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, job boards, FinTech networks).
• Screen candidates and present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
