Salomon, part of Amer Sports and headquartered in Annecy, France, is seeking an FP&A Controller (Reporting). The role supports brand Controlling teams at headquarters and regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial information and compliance with closing deadlines.

Key duties include designing standard reports, leading monthly consolidation, and providing insights for MBRS; you will work with tools like Hyperion, Oracle, OneStream, and other finance systems.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and support
• Prior experience in a CAC 40 company or similar multinational, multi-site group structure is highly valued

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee monthly group consolidation reporting, ensuring timely deliverables
• Design, implement, and roll out standard reports for the Controlling department and controllers worldwide
• Lead and coordinate monthly group consolidation reporting requested by Salomon’s Finance leadership and Group Finance team
• Provide qualitative insights based on MBRS and tools such as AI to support decision making
• Consolidate financial data and update reporting tools; adapt standard group and brand reporting tools per business activity
• Coordinate and document the annual financial planning process with HQ and Group; define clear RACI and communicate expectations
