Salomon, part of Amer Sports, is seeking a collaborative Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead strategic IT projects and coach Agile practices across our global IT Operations & Infrastructure teams in Annecy.

You will combine project leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities, coordinating with Product Owners, Architects, and engineers to deliver digital solutions that support Salomon's international business.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent required.
5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Program Manager.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

Lead strategic IT projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring quality, budget, timeline, and security objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and priorities while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
Support digital transformation initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, SAP Operations, and Enterprise Service Management.
