Team.is, a stealth-mode B2B SaaS startup in France, seeks a Founding Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to own systems end-to-end and drive strategic architecture decisions. You will establish technical standards for the engineering team and work directly with the founders to shape the MVP with rapid, high-impact iterations.

You'll ship secure, reliable code, tackle concurrency and edge cases, and build a scalable platform for daily use by customers.

Qualifications

• Several years of production software experience.
• Strong full-stack background across UI, backend, and data modeling.
• Proficient with Next.js, React, Node, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.

Responsabilités

• Build complex, stateful customer-facing B2B interfaces.
• Architect critical systems for reliability and correctness.
• Design and deploy high-volume data processing architectures.
• Lead platform initiatives on performance, security, and CI/CD.
• Set engineering standards and workflows for future hires.
• Collaborate with founders to shape the MVP and execution.
