Twin is the AI company builder based in Paris. Our platform designs, builds and operates AI agents that execute work end-to-end, using APIs and browsers when needed.

We’re a small team of repeat founders and senior engineers, backed by a $10M Seed, building one of Europe’s most ambitious AI infrastructure companies. We’re seeking engineers who love building products as much as building systems, capable of spanning from Rust infrastructure to user-facing experiences, with ownership and a bias

Qualifications

• Deep production Rust experience.
• Experience building products in startups or open source.
• Strong systems fundamentals (concurrency, networking, performance, distributed systems).
• Excellent product intuition, high ownership and a bias toward shipping.
• Heavy usage of AI coding assistants.
• Curiosity to work across the entire stack when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Build core systems behind autonomous agents.
• Span work from low-level Rust infrastructure to user-facing experiences.
• Own problems, not tickets.
• Ship features from idea to production and help define product/architecture.
• Collaborate with engineers who care about quality without sacrificing speed.
