Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building software, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Exposure to distributed systems or the observability industry.
• Builder's mindset, collaborative and transparent.
• Customer-obsessed with understanding product usage.
• Pragmatic problem solver who tackles ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication in English.

• Build critical features end-to-end to solve real customer problems.
• Own the platform and fix issues across the stack.
