Tsuga is hiring a Backend engineer to own features across NodeJS and Rust in a hybrid Paris setting. You will join a central team of 4 senior engineers, collaborating with product and frontend teams to deliver high-impact software several times a day.

We value pragmatic problem solving, strong English communication, and a hands-on approach across the stack, with opportunities to work on AI-enabled systems and scale our platform in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Experience with distributed systems or observability.
• English required for daily communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Build critical features end-to-end that solve real customer problems and scale with complexity.
• Own the platform across the stack and build what you’d want to use in the product.
• Push our AI frontier by collaborating with Data Science to enable AI-enabled systems and reliable APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Storage teams on cross-functional initiatives.
