Twin is building fully autonomous AI agents that run real business operations. You will join as Founding Rust Engineer, based in Paris or remotely in Europe, and own problems from idea to production with Rust at its core.

Focus areas include browser execution at scale, low-latency subsystem communication, and robust, self-healing architectures for long‑running workflows. A small team offers high ownership and tangible product impact.

Qualifications

• Significant production Rust experience.
• Strong systems thinking and internal tooling.
• Experience building and operating real products.
• High autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Interest in AI systems and LLMs.
